If you have some experience as an employment paralegal including tribunal experience, this is an excellent chance for you to expand on this. The Role This international heavyweight firm are seeking to hire an Employment Paralegal to join their highly accolated department based from the City of London. The department is headed up by a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Partner, who is at the top of their game. You will assist closely with them on interesting matters, giving you a platform to work your way to progress. The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. In this role there will be a particular focus on tribunal based Employment work and this role requires you to have run your own caseload. The team's caseload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work. Requirements:Salary & Benefits:
