Industry: Utilities and Green Energy, Domestic clean heating
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge and to be an instrumental part of a forward-thinking company. You will be working on an employed basis installing heating systems and ASHPs in domestic properties.
- Basic Starting Salary 38k plus bonus (12k - 17k per year uncapped)
- Working away involved , 1 or 2 nights a week.
- Van, Fuel Card, Uniform Supplied
Overview and responsibilities will include:
- Installation, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance of heating systems such as Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) on domestic properties.
- The successful Heat Pump Engineer will be prepared to travel around the UK – 1 or 2 nights away a week.
The following skills and expertise will be advantageous:
- Plumbing & Heating / Heat Pump qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ’s, FGAS, BPEC.
- Unvented Hot Water Qualification.
- Air Source Heat Pump knowledge and experience (ASHP).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Self-motivated to complete each project on time and to high quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team.
