Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nursing Home (Days/Nights) Location: Crewe Salary: Up to £22.50 per hour We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in Crewe. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their well-being, and ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
Responsibilities: - Administering medication and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitoring and assessing residents' health conditions.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications: - Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a nursing home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- A commitment to delivering person-centered care.
