The role
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Head of Communications to meet the identified needs of the council and its customers in three distinct services areas of communications, digital engagement and design.
You will be the council’s strategic lead for communications and digital engagement - guiding, informing and advising the most senior people in the organisation and externally.
Working with Senior Management on delivering key messages, you will be proactive in identifying potential upcoming issues with the ability to make quick decision in times of emergency.
