Do you have a passion for people and ready to take the next step in your HR career? Our esteemed client, a leading manufacturing company, is eagerly seeking a skilled and motivated HR Administrator to join their dedicated team.
As an HR Administrator for our client, you'll be at the heart of their human resources operations, contributing to the success of their workforce and the overall growth of the organisation

The Role
Facilitate the recruitment process, from posting job listings to conducting interviews and managing candidate communication.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
Maintain meticulous employee records and HR databases to support efficient operations and reporting
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and inquiries
Collaborate closely with management to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives

The Person
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast–paced environmen
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
