Job description
- *Deputy Nursery Manager/Babies Room Lead**
- *High Wycombe**
- *Salary 28k plus**
Our client is a thriving and busy day nursery in High Wycombe. Part of an award winning nursery group but a real ‘family feel’ nursery, with great parental partnership. This is a great opportunity for the right person to either continue or begin your management career. Must have current experience as a Room Leader, Deputy Manager or Third in Charge
Responsibilities:
- To support the manager in providing professional leadership and management across the nursery and ensure the delivery of high quality standards of care and education
- To lead shifts with the opening and closing of the nursery on a rota basis
- To support, mentor and coach all nursery staff in their roles
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, parents and carers
- Deputise for the manager in their absence
