Job description

Our clients specialise in delivering excellence, particularly within the Water Industry, through multi-disciplinary projects and are looking for a dedicated and skilled Electrical Lead Designer to join our team and be a key player in creating cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Design Team: Take charge of managing a team of Designers to ensure the successful delivery of project design objectives, meeting the unique needs of our clients.

Compliance: Ensure that all design work within the team complies with our stringent Quality Assurance Policies, Procedures, and Client Specifications.

On-site Expertise: When necessary, attend project sites to conduct surveys and gather critical data.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with internal and external contacts, maximizing efficiency and uncovering new opportunities.

Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support across various areas of our business as required.

Collaboration: Be a vital member of our highly efficient, multi-disciplinary design team, contributing your expertise to achieve project success.

Specifications: Ensure that all design work adheres to relevant British Standards and client specifications, including compliance with guidance and regulations like WiMES, CDM, DSEAR, and Confined Space Regulations.
