Accounts Manager - Oxford, Oxfordshire
Specialist Public Practice recruiters Clark Wood are currently working with a rapidly growing independent firm of accountants in Oxford, Oxfordshire who - as a result of continued growth - are seeking to recruit an ACA or ACCA Qualified Accounts/ Outsourcing Manager (non-audit) to join their team.
The ideal candidate would be an Accounts or Outsourcing Assistant Manager/ Client Manager with a varied general practice background encompassing preparing and reviewing statutory accounts & management accounts, overseeing & growing a client portfolio, staff management and business development.
The ideal candidate will have experience of undertaking an Accounts and Tax focused position within a client facing environment and will have gained significant exposure to a range of clients, particularly those within the SME and OMB markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join an established and forward thinking firm where there will be genuine scope for career development. There is genuine scope for progression to Director for the right individual.
The Oxford office is commutable from areas all across Oxfordshire and Berkshire, Cowley, Thame, Banbury, Bicester, Reading, Witney, Wantage, Abingdon, Didcot etc. The firm are quite happy with flexible working, so no need to travel into the office 5 days per week.
Skills:
ACA / ACCA Qualified
Excellent understanding of Cloud Accounting
Experience of staff and client management
