Brighton, East Sussex (hybrid working)
Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 depending on level of experience

Are you a Senior Private Client Solicitor either currently heading up a team or looking to take a step up? Due to continued growth, this long-established law firm in central Brighton is looking for a Head of Private Client to join their thriving team. Your role will encompass both fee earning and management as well as playing an active part in further expansion.

• This award-winning firm is looking for an ambitious, like-minded Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their team and add value to their already established private client department.

The Role:

This firm is looking for a Head of Private Client/Senior Private Client Solicitor 7+ PQE to join their flourishing Brighton, East Sussex office.

• The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. This role will include a dynamic combination of Private Client work, including Wills, Probate and Estates as well as overseeing an existing team of 5 fee earners and support staff
• You will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local clients; they have excellent community links and a varied client base, and you will be given the support and encouragement to business develop and grow the department in a friendly environment

Requirements:

• Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive/FCILEx with upwards of 7 years PQE, ideally with managerial experience although this is not essential
• A client following or contacts in the Sussex area would be advantageous, although not essential as the firm is currently turning work away
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate alongside an excellent benefits package
• Hybrid working (likely up to 3 days p/w from home) after a short period of F/T in the office to settle into the firm
