Travelling Employment Support Worker for Autistic Adult
Full driving licence essential
Permanent salaried post
Do you have experience in health/social care, but dislike “one size fits all” support, controlled by managers rather than the people being supported?
Is your communication clear, direct (and sometimes maybe even a little blunt!)?
Are you comfortable spending time alone, driving long distances and being away from home overnight?
Pay: £25,740 per year
Hours: Very variable from week to week (though known in advance), average 29 hours working time per week. The role involves travel, staying in hotels for several days at a time.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check and a 3 month probation period.
