The Social Media Manager is a key role within our newly shaped brand marketing team and will support the Head of Brand in delivering our ambitious growth targets and content strategy. You will have the opportunity to drive awareness of our brands across all platforms, engage with content creators, and shape the future of our communities.
The Social Media Manager will lead our social media channels, working across social, influencer and media on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook. This role involves growing an engaged community at pace, delivering new growth strategies.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media accounts, engaging with customers and influencers, creating content, and monitoring and reporting on social media metrics.
Working within the highly collaborative brand team, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to contribute to the broader marketing team objectives. You will be able to use your initiative and take ownership of activities, and the right candidate will enjoy working in a highly creative environment.
This role will suit someone who is proactive and forward-thinking, has excellent knowledge of social media and community strategy and has a strong background in content creation and copywriting for social.
