Key Responsibilities:
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be expected to work alongside the Non Pharmacist Manager:
- Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS services and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers according to GPHC standard.
- Play an active role in supporting the pharmacy and team operationally and professionally to hit key targets.
- Support, lead, train, and develop pharmacy staff.
- Be able to use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, to meet the customers' needs.
- Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, GP's, and other health professionals.
