Arc Partnership isa joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE, formed in2016 to support the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainableland and property portfolio.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Construction ServicesTeam and create a real impact by overseeing, and project managing all aspectsof construction projects. You will also ensure completion of projects on time,within budget and within scope, whilst working collaboratively as part of amulti-disciplinary team.
Your new role:

- Project manage from initiation to final account.
- Provideexpertise, support and advice on Building Surveying and Project Management.
- Develop, manage and deliver the programme and performance plan for yourprojects.
- Ensure that robust cost and delivery plans are provided for your projectsat feasibility and delivery stage.
- Providing projects scopes, monitoring, and managing change.
- Support design and delivery teams on all aspects of programme andperformance.
- Actively contribute to a ‘One Team’ ethos, and full participation inDesign and Delivery / Construction Services Teams decision making.
- Ensure that risk registers are managed at team, programme, and projectlevel with appropriate mitigation, supported by the managed commercialfunction.
- Ensure that your programme and performance management information,including KPI performance, is in line with business reporting requirements.
- Liaise closely with commercial on monthly and quarterly financialreporting, with financial functional support.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarise theprogress of the project.

- Significantexperience of project managing construction projects and programmes with theknowledge and expertise of a Building Surveyor.

- Strongdesign, commercial, financial and contractor management skills
- Excellentoral and written communication skills to effectively present technicalinformation, present arguments to influence and persuade audiences withdifferent backgrounds and levels of understanding.
- You’llhave a basic understanding of sustainability in the workplace, and be committedto support the business with its carbon reduction strategy.
