Academics are working with a 2 form entry Primary School, who are seeking an EYFS Lead who pride themselves on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children thrive.

The Early Years Team, are a dedicated team of educators who are committed to providing high-quality early years education that sets the foundation for lifelong learning. With a focus on creativity, exploration, and play-based learning, we ensure that every child's unique needs are met, setting them up for success in school and beyond.

Role:

As our Early Years Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our youngest learners. You will lead a team of passionate early years educators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing a curriculum that promotes holistic development, creativity, and curiosity
* Leading by example in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all children
* Collaborating with parents, guardians, and external agencies to support children's individual needs and aspirations
* Monitoring and assessing children's progress, providing timely feedback, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
* Keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in early years education, and incorporating them into our school's ethos

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience in early years education
* Proven leadership experience, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams
* A deep understanding of child development theories and approaches in early years education
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for ensuring every child receives the best possible start to their educational journey
