Role Description
Allianz are currently looking for Underwriting Assistants to take on a new challenge or career with us at Allianz. You may already be working in insurance and looking for a new challenge, or perhaps you want to take the first steps in your underwriting career. We are happy to consider applications from candidates without experience as full training is provided.
Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants are the first point of contact for all Customers of the Allianz Digital Trading SME Small Business Team based out of either our Lancaster office.
To work as part of this successful and dynamic business you will be customer focused and team centric in order to deliver an excellent customer journey.

You’ll quickly develop an understanding of how to approach the evaluation of risks, as well as how to foster strong relationships with our broker clients. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a range of technical, commercial, and leadership skills that are vital to your development and the business.
