Job description
A luxury accessories retailer is looking to recruit a store manager in their store located around the Nailsea area. The company has built a reputation on producing quality products and has been around since the 1920’s. The company aims to continuously expand, opening stores across the country and Europe. The successful candidate will have experience in stores with similar turnovers and display the ability to show strong leadership and meet KPI targets. The company prides itself on producing high quality products, accompanied by high quality service. The ideal candidate will be success driven with the ability to effectively train their team to drive sales and a positive customer experience. The candidate will ideally have previous experience in selling luxury items and establish relationships through the ability to provide a premium service based on the customers needs. The role is paying up to £58,000 and offers a monthly bonus accompanied by an enticing benefits package.
