At Cheltenham Ladies’ College, we aim to provide a strong support network for every one of our 870 pupils across twelve boarding and four day houses. As Assistant Head Pastoral you will make a significant contribution to the welfare and development of all pupils with shared responsibility for the smooth running of College’s Boarding and Day Houses and assuring the wellbeing and high standards of behaviour of all pupils.

This is an all encompassing and wide ranging role which necessitates that the post holder has the flexibility to play a full part in all aspects of College life and as a key pastoral leader, you will be passionate about and dedicated to the interests and welfare of young people.
