Overview

Our client is an award-winning P.R. & Social Media Marketing agency who are looking for an ambitious, creative and organised candidate to run their rapidly growing accounts.
Salary: £22,000 to £25,000

The Role

• Run social media / P.R. campaigns from concept through to results tracking.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and be their “go to” for advice.
• Develop and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Oversee a social media strategy and write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs.
• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Develop key measures such as reducing website bounce rate, increasing dwell time and improving conversion.
• Be able to develop SEO activities – ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of key word opportunities.
• Analyse, review and implement content for websites for search engine optimisation

The Person

• Degree or equivalent in digital media / marketing or a related field.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrate experience in using tools such as Canva, photoshop, mail chimp and SEO/SEM marketing.
• Understanding of PPC and how to use it.
• Ability in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools e.g Google Analytics.
• Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job. (Video editing skills would be a bonus)
• Communication skills: You will be expected to communicate your ideas internally and externally.
