Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Retford, Bassetlaw
Key Responsibilities:
👶 Child-Centric Care:
* Provide high-quality care and education to children within EYFS.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages learning through play.
🤝 Collaborative Teamwork:
* Work closely with colleagues to plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
📝 Observation and Assessment:
* Conduct observations and assessments to track each child's progress.
* Design and implement individualized learning plans to support children's development.
🌈 Promoting Inclusivity:
* Embrace diversity and promote inclusivity within the early years setting.
* Ensure all children feel valued, respected, and included in the learning environment.
🔍 Continuous Professional Development:
* Stay informed about current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
* Participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Requirements:
🎓 Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
💼 Proven experience as an Early Years Practitioner.
