i-teachers are currently working with an forward-thinking and dedicated secondary school based in the Wallsend area who are eager to find a naturally outgoing and supportive Student Progression Mentor to provide excellent 1:1 & small group support based across KS4 in the lead up to students GCSE exams.

Student Progression Mentor – Role Information:
- Student Progression Mentor
- Located in Wallsend (NE27)
- Based in one secondary school
- Remainder of academic year – Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 08.30am – 15.00pm
- FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
- Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support for KS4 students
- Creating support sessions tailored around EHCP
- Interviewing for role ASAP – Apply NOW!
Student Progression Mentor – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 Core Subject, Psychology or Sociology UK based degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience working with children or young people
- Naturally outgoing and dedicated individual
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with children and adolescents
