Job Description - JOB TITLE: AMC New Lending Manager
- SALARY : £26,980 increasing to £28,329 from April
- LOCATION : Keens House, Anton Hill Road, Andover, Hampshire
- HOURS : Full-time- 35 hours a week
- WORKING PATTERN : Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. We will require you to be based within our head office in Andover (Keens House). Where possible we will look to accommodate some working from home, however we are not able to offer this for all the roles within the AMC business.

A permanent vacancy has arisen within our Operational team where you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and telephony tasks, and be responsible for your own case management, as well as developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with customers and stakeholders. The role will be extremely varied and below are some of the key responsibilities the successful candidate can expect to be involved in:
- Discuss new lending enquiries with existing and potential clients
- Process new loan applications submitted via our Land Agents and Regional Agricultural Managers for Credit appraisal
- Liaise with customers to secure acceptance of a Loan Offer
- Issue formal legal instructions to solicitors and working alongside them and AMC’s customers to ensure efficient and timely completion of loan applications
- Assist in the delivery of AMC’s drawn lending annual benchmarks
- Discuss and process security property and loan change requests for existing clients
- Work alongside customers, solicitors, AMC Land Agents and AMC Regional Agricultural Managers to ensure efficient and timely completion of these requests
- Assist in the overall delivery of loan amendments for existing customers.

And any experience of these would be really useful: Experience within a customer services environment is required, whilst legal/agricultural knowledge may also be advantageous, although full training will be given.
