Account Manager
TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a FTSE100 listed multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.
We are currently growing our UK client services team to support one of our large multi-national FMCG customers, with some very popular brands, to deliver print managed services in the POS and Display sector. We are looking for an Account Manager to be based within a 1-hour commutable distance to Slough in a hybrid role with travel to be on-site with our client up to 2 days a week with the remaining days working from home.
About the role:
As the Account Manager, You will be key in ensuring the client is fully supported and managed whilst delivering exceptional account management through the smooth and efficient execution of all POS / Point of Sale and Display campaigns. You will be providing operational support to the client, being responsible for the service and commercial delivery of jobs and being responsible in identifying new opportunities to support the growth of their FMCG brands through innovative solutions based on our wide range of POS / Point of Sale and Display products and services.

About you:
This role could be a great fit for you if you have some experience or exposure working in Print or a Printing environment (manufacturing, supply chain, repro graphics, Printers etc). We’re ideally looking for someone who is interested in taking their first step into the world of Print Management and is enthusiastic about learning and and developing their career in client services and can demonstrate skills in attentive client communication and delivering best in class customer service.
