About Our Client
The client is a medium sized Importer and distributor of food based in West London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but nor be limited to-
- Product labelling compliance in accordance with regulations, customer and business requirements.
- Efficiently handle customer queries and complaints
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of storage and distribution accreditation.
- Carry out out finished goods check
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure health, safety and hygiene and internal procedures are followed.
- Work with marketing department to ensure product labels are compliant
- Ensure labels comply with UK legislation
- Responsible for all labels and stickers relating to internal procedures are maintained and up to date
- Collate packaging data for internal ad external data
- Organise samples for product testing
- Process control paperwork
- Action customer requests
- Work with suppliers to ensure product and packaging specifications are met
- Assist artwork approval process
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will-
- Have experience or a degree relating to food compliance
- Have a good approach to learning
- Be able to work in West London
- Be able to be office based
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Be organised
- Have excellent attention to detail
