Maths teacher 0.47 fte, John Ruskin School
Permanent contract starting 1 September 2024

Based throughout the school, Years 7 – 11.
The Governing Body wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated maths teacher on a 0.47fte contract. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference to children’s progress and attainment in maths at our rural, oversubscribed school in the heart of The Lake District.
The maths department at JRS makes a significant contribution to our excellent progress figures and 78% of our students achieved a 4 or higher in maths in 2023, our best ever outcomes. We are looking for a colleague with the personality, character and teaching ability to further push our maths attainment for all students.
