INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR
SUFFOLK
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority in Suffolk who require an Interim Commercial Estates Surveyor on an initial 3 month contract.
Your main responsibilities would be:
This role requires you in the office 1-2 days per week, completing the necessary site inspections when possible. Ideally you'll have a clean drivers license, and access to a car. The team is a mix of permanent staff and interim contractors. You'd report into the Head of Service, and support the junior/graduate staff within the team.
