• You must have team management experience.
• Customer management and interaction experience
• You should be good with Microsoft Excel
• Have overall IT knowledge Like Microsoft applications, Servers & Office 365 etc.
• You should be polite and professional when engaging with customers and other staff.
• You should be self-disciplined and punctual during working hours.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• You should be independent and proactive.
What will your role be like?
• The role includes managing the ICT Team and interacting/coordinating with the customers, their key stakeholders, and end users, and solving their problems and queries with the Support Team
• Line Manage the ICT Team
• Deputise for the ICT Team management in the event of absence.
• Speaking with existing customers on their IT requirements and passing them to the Sales/Sales Director/MD
• Manage the ICT Team in managing and marinating the customer's IT Estate
• Making sure that the ICT Team is constantly updating their knowledge to support a wide range of software.
• Assist with the management in all related services support aspects.
• Preparing and making Managed Service – ASR [Advanced Service Report] report.
• Managing customer meetings and conducting monthly/quarterly ASR meetings with the customers.
