Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge in the field of Asbestos Removal? Look no further! Our client in Basildon, Essex is seeking a skilled individual to join their team at their Head Office.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing both Licenced and Non-Licenced Asbestos Removal contracts. You will need to have a proven track record of delivering excellent results, ensuring compliance with all HSE Licencing protocols, meeting KPI's, providing top-notch customer service, managing budgets and forecasting, and reporting on financial and compliance matters. In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote and develop customer/client relationships, manage measured term contracts, scope works, price projects, and ensure adherence to all technical and legislative aspects of the business. You will need to be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and take overall responsibility for each contract. Successful candidates will be confident, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with both site teams and clients.
