Job description
We are working with a Legal 500 Employment Law Boutique in South Manchester on this outstanding progression opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join their fantastic team.
There’s plenty of work to get your teeth into, as well as you’ll find lots of scope to fast-track your progression within this team, including promotion opportunities to senior associate and salaried partner.
The firm was set up just under a decade ago by two leading Employment Lawyers after working for international law firms. The team deal with top-quality employment law matters on behalf of both employees and employers, including blue chip companies and international clients.
The firm is very well-regarded in the Legal 500 and you’ll work closely alongside several Key Lawyers.
Your caseload will largely be made up of a mix of claimant and respondent matters, involving employment tribunals, redundancies and restrictive covenants.
The firm is based in leafy Bramhall village, so this opportunity is perfect if you’d like to continue handling high-quality work without the commute into the city centre. Lots of the team are working parents and the firm’s supportive culture reflects this; you’ll also be able to work from home for some of the week.
