Reporting directly to the Corporate Finance Manager, the Project Reporting Accountant will deliver robust and accurate financial and non-financial project data to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Efficiently managing project recording and reporting for both internal and external projects, encompassing comprehensive financial and non-financial data.
• Collaborating with the Finance Team to facilitate the month-end close process.
• Interacting with Project Managers and budget holders to ensure a clear understanding of project outcomes and implement any necessary actions to address issues.
• Accurate and reliable recording, filing, and reporting of all financial transactions, particularly those reflected in company’s reporting and forecasting tool.
• Leading the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budget and forecasting activities.
• Maintaining active engagement with key stakeholders to update the 5-year model (Excel model) and ensure its ongoing accuracy.
• Creating budget, forecast reports, and board packs.
• Fostering collaborative efforts with stakeholders to provide support for projects, budgets, and forecasts.
• Undertaking additional duties, complete extra tasks, and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Accounting qualification (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to influence and engage with colleagues as well as external stakeholders.
