Based in Chingford

Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Chingford. The role will be on a temporary to perm basis.

You'll be responsible:

• High volumes of calls liaising with clients, sub contractors, suppliers and supervisors.
• Schedule Appointments
• Ensuring future jobs are appointed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Social housing and repair and maintenance background
• Proven experience in scheduling, planning disrepairs, voids, or complex works
• Basic building maintenance knowledge.
