A passionate retail company based in Essex is looking for a head of retail and franchise to join its team. A global womenswear business whose designs embrace bodies and celebrate women. As head of retail and franchise you will managing existing stores in the UK and the US, open new stores in new and existing territories and generate leads through online and offline advertising campaigns including pop ups and temporary stores. Looking for: The ideal candidate for this role will be sales focused and have a similar level of retail and franchise management experience, including a proven track record of success. As well as a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 ,based on experience, this roles also comes with hybrid working from home flexibility and opportunity for travel.
