Join a dynamic Underwriting team to manage and underwrite mortgage applications from start to finish. As an Underwriter Support Advisor, you'll handle inbound queries from customers and brokers, ensuring a seamless application process and providing crucial administrative support.

The Underwriter Support Advisors Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls from Intermediaries and customers, offering expert support on policy and process requirements.
• Collaborate within the property department to meet targets and objectives, supporting wider business teams as needed.
• Prioritise efficiency and accuracy to reduce turnaround times and improve customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our overall service delivery.
• Mitigate risks by staying vigilant to potential process and external threats.
• Identify opportunities for role improvement to elevate customer service standards and contribute to company development.

We're seeking candidates with a passion for excellence, prior telephone experience, and a proactive approach to work. As an Underwriter Support Advisor , your initial focus is on telephony tasks, however there are opportunities for upskilling and career growth within the organisation.

The Underwriter Support Advisor should have:

• Strong customer service orientation

• Experience in regulated banking or financial services preferred.
