Job description

We have an immediate start position available for an experienced Healthcare Assistant within the Ripley area.

The home cares for up to 28 adult service users. You will be working alongside a team of dedicated care professionals, attending to the needs of residents within your care.

Your role will be to follow personalised care plans for each resident. You will ensure that every resident is respected and help them live a happy and fulfilled life.

You will cater for their personal care needs, aid their mobility, and ensure their physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.

Other responsibilities could include completing domestic tasks, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and taking responsibility for promoting the welfare of the adults in your care.

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

To apply for this role you must;
- Have referenceable work history
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
- Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.

You will be working from 21:45 to 07:00.

Hours are available between Monday to Sunday – you tell us when you are available to work, and we will work around you!

The rate of pay for this role is £11.70 per hour
