My client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm recognised across the UK for their excellent work and clients both nationally and internationally. The firm are continually counted amongst the most forward-thinking of UK firms and provides high calibre matters and a progressive working environment.
The firm are seeking an experienced Transactional Construction lawyer to join their market-leading Construction practice. From the outset you will be working on complex and innovative caseloads, servicing notable clients, including central government departments, world-leading universities, life sciences developers and institutional investors. The work also focuses on Environmental and Social Governance and cutting-edge projects that incorporate the UK's focus on net zero and sustainability targets. You will be expected to have knowledge of JCT and NEC suites and engage in bespoke drafting of consultant appointments, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees, vesting agreements bonds and other documents.
