Job description
The ideal candidate will take a lead role to oversee the management and support the strategic development of the catering and retail offering within Leisure Focus, ensuring the Trust is compliant and can achieve our charitable goals. The role is a contract-wide position and will support the General Managers and Catering teams in the delivery of the catering & retail performance, service and compliance. The role will require working shifts and supporting the catering teams during busy periods and assisting with any event catering.
Additionally, you will:
The post holder must have a food and hygiene level 2 qualification and have proven experience in managing catering & retail operations. Experience in the leisure industry is desirable but not essential.
