The Heys School are looking to recruit Exam Invigilators to support with our summer exam series 2024 from Friday 3rd May through to Thursday 20th June 2024.

Exam Invigilators

The Exam Invigilator role will be on an casual basis until the end of the GCSE exam series but for the right candidates we may possibly recruit as an ongoing annual role.

• Salary - £11.59 per hour (Bury NJC Grade 3 SCP 2)
• Zero hour contract
• AM sessions begin at 8.15am and PM sessions begin at 12:30pm

Full training will be provided.

You will:

• Be responsible for maintaining the security of the question papers at all times, to ensure the examination is conducted in accordance with examination board regulations.
• Enable our students to fully express their knowledge in an exam setting & optimise their performance.
• Support the Exams Officer with the day-to-day operation of examination venues. 
• Assist the Exams Officer with other examination processes.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children you supervise or come into contact with.

Enhanced DBS checks will be conducted.  Post is subject to safer recruitment process.
