To support the existing team through a period of change, Reporting into the Head of Facilities Bromley are looking for an experienced electrically biased Maintenance manager to lead a small team on an interim basis to deliver the reactive and PPM function of the facilities service currently delivered by a third party provider. Also to assist with the creation and implementation of new process and procedures.
This encompasses hard and soft services, building fabric and fire and security systems. This will be delivered via outsourced service providers and a small in-house team.
The person will be able to demonstrate experience in a senior operational role in a public sector organisation delivering operational to a diverse multi-site portfolio this can be either direct or as a contractor. The person must have a core electrical qualification and able to demonstrate a sound understanding of mechanical systems including current water hygiene training and building fabric.
