You will be joining a growing firm in a key position, leading the commercial property team as the head of the department. The team are hardworking, committed and require someone at that senior level to help with a national client base of developers, financers and industry leading businesses.

Leading the Real Estate team, you will be responsible for:

• Meet with clients and expand on relationships that the firm has.
• Research relevant laws and previous cases of interest to provide a client with accurate advice.
• Supervise and train junior Solicitors and Paralegals.
• Keep up to date regarding new developments in the law.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Be a senior commercial property lawyer with knowledge of the South East market
• Have an extensive background in providing a great service for clients
• Excellent active listening skills, communication and client care skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
