Aspire People is a leading education recruitment agency dedicated to providing schools with high-quality staffing solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Y3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant educational community in Bedworth.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Y3 Teaching Assistant to support the learning and development of students in a Year 3 classroom. This is a full-time position starting ASAP and continuing until July. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help with their learning
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and those with challenging behavior
Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
Help to maintain a safe and tidy classroom environment
Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
A passion for education and supporting the learning needs of young children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service
Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable)
