Job description

Renault Truck Commercials’ prestigious Reading Dealership is looking for an excellent and experienced Vehicle Dealership Service Administratorto provide a service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Workshop Services and Products.

Paying  £29,000 to £33,000 DOE plus overtime paid at time and a half

08.00 to 17.00 Mon-Fri 40 hrs with alternate Saturday mornings paid at time and a half.

If you have the following skills, we’d like to hear from you:

• Vehicle Dealership experience
• Familiarisation of book times
• Familiarisation with Vehicle parts.
• Understanding of relevant systems relating to the Service Department including changes and on-going developments.
• Interested in product development by reading relevant technical information issued.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Confidence and upselling skills
• Customer focus

This position is the first point of contact for both face to face and telephone customers and is a central position between the workshop and service areas of the business as well as involvement in the support of admin and invoicing functions.
