Working hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, with a 2:30pm finish on Fridays. The Role As a Business Development Co-ordinator, you will identify prospective clients to support the growth of our business. Specifically, you’ll act as the initial point of contact for many new clients, be that through research and cold calling or by responding to inbound leads via the phone.You’ll build great rapport, identifying clients’ needs and how we can meet them, upselling and cross-selling and, ultimately, booking meetings for our external BD teams.Targeted on numbers of meetings booked, you will ensure that, alongside all the client information, our teams have everything they need to close sales and win new business.
