Year 4 Behaviour Support Assistant - Denton (M34)
Teaching Personnel are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with a Year 4 class in Denton. The senior leadership on this primary school require a Behaviour Support Assistant to provide general support, and some one-to-one support, full-time until the end of the academic year. This role has an ASAP start, with consideration for a candidate's notice period. Candidates must register through Teaching Personnel to be considered.
This class is generally considered a pleasure, but some regular disruptors are hindering the progress of the entire class. Therefore, senior leadership have requested a Behaviour Support Assistant to contribute to a peaceful and cohesive class environment.
- Denton-based primary school, accessible by public transport and car (on-site parking).
- £77+ per day, paid through PAYE on weekly timesheets through Teaching Personnel (no umbrella company or agency fees).
- Full time Monday-Friday.
- Long term vacancy until July 2024.
- Registration with Teaching Personnel required.
The school's goal is to keep disruptive pupils on track with work while building a positive and trusting relationships throughout the class. Experience working 1:1 with pupils is beneficial, and candidates must prove they have appropriate knowledge of safeguarding and behavioural management. Psychology graduates or Teaching Assistants with SEN or behaviour experience are encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
