Job description

A globally renowned, market–leading engineering organisation are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The primary focus of this NPI–focussed role is to coordinate the successful introduction of cutting–edge and high–tech products to market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cross–functional teams (mechanical, software, and hardware) to deliver multiple high–value and complex projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying critical milestones and coordinating resources to meet project objectives.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to analyse current processes, define improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

To be considered for this position, candidates need to have strong proven experience in leading cross–functional teams to deliver high value product–related projects within a technical engineering environment to tight time and budget constraints.
