As an international defence company, we support and enhance our customers’ defence and security capabilities and critical assets, meeting their requirements of value for money, increased availability, modernisation and flexibility.

This is an exciting role at HMNB Clyde within an expanding Programme Department focused on ensuring delivery of a conforming product to the Royal Navy’s submarine flotilla. You will directly support a team of 30 highly effective Project and Engineering Specialists within the Fleet Operations Directorate.

The role
As a Programme Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a highly prestigious position within our complex Fleet Time Support programme, responsible for ensuring that the Directorate delivers the Programme within Performance, Time and Cost criteria.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for delivering against the Portfolio strategy whilst working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure ‘on time’ delivery of Submarines to the Royal Navy.

This role is full time and will be based at Faslane with site attendance and travel to meet programme requirements, minimum of 4 days per week on site.
