Job Description
- Manage and process customer orders with accuracy
- Communicate and manager customer queries regarding products through the supply chain process
- Build strong relationships with key customers, including large blue chip brands
- Manage the transport coordination through 3PL while updating your customer
- Keeping an eye on stock and forecasting requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM system
- Assist in the development of sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Sales Administrator should have:
- An academic background in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in a sales or customer service role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- Sales Order processing (end-to-end) experience is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- A customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities
