Receptionist Job Description
- Speciality: Receptionist
- Location: Kent
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract Lenth: Ongoing
- Pay rates: £10-£13 Per hour
- Band 3/4
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- To formally register pre -admit and admit all patients and guarantee 100% accuracy when requesting
- To manage and maintain the patients record for the duration of their visit
- Respond to telephone, written and face to face queries
- Ensure that all accounts are finalised promptly and further funds requested as a matter of urgency
- Manage cash transactions and the provision of appropriate receipts
- To facilitate the successful reimbursement of professional fees at the request of consultant
- To reconcile all financial transactions on a daily basis
- Manage outpatient reception and waiting areas to ensure clinics run smoothly
Requirements:
- Valid Passport/Visa
- Fully compliant and cleared to work
- DBS or Police Check
