Job description
We have a unique opportunity for a Site Manager working with an established contractor in Central London.
The Project is valued around £12M and is a full Fit Out project. You will be responsible for managing the site alongside 5 other site managers and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
The ideal Site Manager must have:
- Have CAT A and B Fit Out experience
- Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
- Procore Experience
- Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
- Major experience in M+E, staircase and structure packages
- Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
- Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, PASMA, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
