About The Role

SBFMis one of the UK’s leading and fastest growing soft FM service providers, offering the full range of professional cleaning services nationwide.

Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Recruiter to join our internal Recruitment team. This role will play a key part in supporting the growth of the business, and is pivotal to our future success.

The role will involve:

• Advertising internal vacancies on job boards, social media platforms and with recruitment partners
• Screening applicants for suitability including Right to Work checks
• Building a positive relationship with internal stakeholders, taking a pro-active approach to recruitment needs
• Drawing up and issuing contracts of employment and offer letters
• Organising Induction dates and supporting candidate onboarding
• Adding new employees to the inhouse database and maintaining accurate records

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in a similar role (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail
• A dedicated, positive and proactive approach
• A desire to provide a great onboarding experience to each candidate
  
• Strong admin skills and computer literate
• Experience work in a fast paced environment
• The ability to adapt and prioritise on a daily basis

This is a valuable day within our induction programme to help our new colleagues experience first-hand the service that we provide to our clients, as well as the opportunity to develop relationships at all levels of the business.
