Nursery Nurse
Are you passionate about working with children and creating a nurturing environment for their growth and development? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse.
**Position: Nursery Nurse**
**Responsibilities:**
- Providing compassionate care and supervision to children in the nursery.
- Organizing and leading age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's learning and creativity.
- Assisting with meal times and promoting healthy eating habits.
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children, conducting regular risk assessments.
- Collaborating with parents, maintaining open communication, and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Preparing progress reports and observations on key children's development.
- Creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters children's social and emotional well-being.
- Participating in staff training and continuous professional development.
- Prior experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
- Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child safety.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet individual children's needs.
