ManpowerGroup Ireland has an exciting opportunity within our growing business for a Sales Director working across all of our brands - Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions. This is a Leadership position within our organisation sitting as part of our Senior Management Team and reporting to the Managing Director.
Suitable for those with knowledge and experience of the Recruitment and HR Services Industry, you will be responsible for leading our existing Sales & Marketing team who are targeted to identify and close Enterprise Sales within key industries across key service lines. Critical within this role is driving revenue, GP and profitability for the organisation and this forms the core of everything you do.

Your responsibilities:
- Head of Sales & Marketing Function within ManpowerGroup Ireland
- Constantly identifying means to drive revenue, GP and profitability across the suite of brands
- Drive excellent sales performance from existing team of Sales & Marketing professionals
- Deliver Enterprise sales across service lines including but not limited to: RPO, Interim / Contractor, Retained, Agency Worker, MSP, Outplacement, Coaching
- Create a true Sales environment to ensure ManpowerGroup Ireland is constantly winning and identifying Enterprise level business as per our growth plans
- Drive use of data and assets within our sales process creating differentiated offerings that stand out from the crowd
- Regularly visit key client stakeholders in person, presenting data and knowledge and creating trust
- Scheduled and as required / ad hoc travel throughout Ireland will be required in this role
- Support deal closure as necessary including supporting bid responses and presentation design
- Own the Sales team number and ensure targets are met and exceeded
- Design a leads funnel and drive adherence of performance vs metrics
- Drive tech & system compliance and lead by best practice and knowledge to manage sales operations
- Liaise with colleagues across Europe and beyond to capitalise on ManpowerGroup global footprint
- Manage internal stakeholder expectations as part of ManpowerGroup Ireland's Senior Management team
Your skills & experience:
- You will be a natural leader with expert knowledge of the Recruitment and HR Services sector
- Proven ability to manage profitability and drive OUP performance across everything you do
- Detailed knowledge of each of our target service lines and ability to identify opportunities within each
- Experience of closing genuine Enterprise level sales within the industry
- Proven ability to respond to varied tenders, design and deliver presentations to clients and develop pricing and cost analyses is of key importance
- Experience of Leading with Insights, using data assets and knowledge to differentiate from the competition within a competitive selling environment
- At least 5 years' relevant experience with strong people management, client relationship, senior stakeholder and Enterprise deal closure skills
- Proven track record of selling Enterprise-level contracts and projects, preferably delivering innovative workforce solutions
- A track record of delivering results through the development of high performing sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work through complex challenges
- Innovation, energy, ambition, motivation, intelligence, drive, confidence, and above all a strong desire to succeed are all key qualities required
- You will be a naturally organised, pragmatic and highly professional individual with a strong degree of diplomacy and persuasiveness
- Strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial style will be well received in this role
- An ability to create a sales environment in which each individual contributor is empowered to succeed
